Particularly good location close to restaurants, the quayside and centre of Dundee and all amenities Dundee has to offer, bars and restaurants were close to the hotel. To be honest I really enjoyed how superfriendly and really accommodating the staff is, would stay here again.

We had a very tasty and hot breakfast with free cooled water, the coffee machine plus well cooked hot food included. The location was marvellous and brilliant, at a moderate distance from a leafy park.

Beautifully decorated and upscale hotel located close enough to the reception areas, several dog friendly pubs and a large M. Stocked rooms on how to use things etc, real good stay! Lots of facilities like: a kitchen and premium coffee.

The position of the hotel was perfect, on the waterfront.

As for me, the area was not that good.

The breakfast is sensational and great, and the location is excellent really close to the quayside and centre as well as the centre.

The staff greeted everyone and were happy to help. The breakfast was complimentary and the location was incredible.

Greatly enjoyed it - the place is beautifully designed and modern and suited me fine. The staff ensures you have a good time, they are super-friendly. The hotel has good location near the bus station.

Good, fantastic location in the very nice area.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms had modern amenities like smart TVs and feature lighting. On-site facilities include a gym and a cozy hangout area with unlimited tea and coffee.

By and large, it was perfect place for sightseeing in Dundee, had much fun.

The location was marvellous, within walking distance of Gallery Q.

I was given a spotless room with things etc and great facilities.

We enjoyed rooms on how to use things etc. Hotel’s breakfast was good hot with hot beverages, well cooked hot food and free cooled water and could satisfy any taste. The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, in Dundee's many restaurants which are also excellent, in the very very nice area.

Lovely suite. The complementary breakfast was excellent. The bathroom, bed, and kitchen facilities were very good. The hotel staff were excellent - very friendly, helpful, and informative. Close to a supermarket if you want to self-cater.

Parking on site is limited, however parking at a low cost in a public car park is in less than 5 mins walk and easy to get to. Washing machines were great, but no washing powder provided, and only one of three dryers working so there was a bit of a queue to use them.
